1. Your files stay on your device
The App lets you compress PDF files and convert, merge and split documents (PDF, Word .docx, text and images).
- Files are processed entirely on your device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
- We never see, store, read or share the content of your files.
- The App does not need an internet connection to process files; it works in airplane mode.
- Your original files are never modified. Results are saved as new files.
2. Information we collect
We do not collect personal information. The App has no sign-up, login, account, analytics service or crash-reporting service of our own, and we operate no servers that receive data from the App.
The App stores the following only on your device, in its private storage:
- Your settings (for example, light or dark theme)
- A history of your recent results (file names, sizes and where they were saved) and the total storage you have saved
- Copies of the results you create, so you can open or share them again from History
- Your advertising consent choices (where applicable)
This information never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's history, clearing the App's storage in Android Settings, or uninstalling the App.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by ads (banner ads, interstitial ads and app-open ads). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use mediation to fill ad requests with ads from the following partners:

To show, limit, measure and protect ads against fraud, these companies' software in the App may automatically collect:
- your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID);
- IP address, and approximate location derived from it;
- device information (model, operating system version, language, screen size, network type);
- app information and ad interactions (ads shown, clicks, app version);
- diagnostic information about ad performance and crashes of the ad software.
This information is collected directly by the advertising companies and is governed by their own privacy policies listed above. It does not include your files or their content. We do not receive this information in a way that identifies you.
Personalized ads and consent:
- If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent (through Google's consent form) before personalized ads are shown. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.
- To change your choice later, clear the App's storage (Android Settings → Apps → PDF Compressor → Storage → Clear storage); the consent form will be shown again the next time you open the App.
- For users in US states with privacy laws (such as California), the App tells its ad partners not to sell or share personal information, where the partner supports this.
- On any Android device you can reset your advertising ID or delete it, and opt out of personalized ads, in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads).
4. Permissions

You choose files through Android's own file picker. The App can only read the files you pick; it cannot browse your other files.
6. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Ads in the App are limited to content suitable for general audiences. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us and we will help remove it.
7. Data retention and deletion
- Information stored on your device stays there until you clear it or uninstall the App.
- Files you saved to the Download/PDF Compressor folder (and images to Pictures/PDF Compressor), your Gallery or another location you chose remain there after you uninstall the App; delete them with any file manager if you no longer want them.
- For information collected by the advertising companies, use the links in section 3, or reset your advertising ID. You can also contact us and we will help you with your request.
8. Security
Because your files are processed on your device and never transmitted, they are as safe as your device itself. The advertising software sends its data using encrypted connections (HTTPS).
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal information. Since we do not hold personal information about you, most requests are handled by the advertising companies listed in section 3. You can contact us at any time at hamza@isoftstudios.com and we will respond within 30 days.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the App gains new features. The new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date. Significant changes will also be noted in the App's release notes.
